Cancellation

  • I’ve changed my mind and would like to cancel my order. Will I be refunded?

We understand that hasty decisions are made at times when it comes to shopping. You may choose to cancel your order through your AgeGlo account if the status of order made is on-hold. However, for orders that are processing, please contact our AgeGlo team for more assistance. We are unable to cancel if the purchases are packed and ready to ship.

Return and Exchange

  • Can I return my purchase?

Unfortunately due to hygiene and ethical reasons, we do not allow return of products after receiving the purchases. However, you may choose to exchange the products for no more than 48 days upon receiving with certain limitation or the status of order made is on-hold. However, for orders that are processing, please contact our AgeGlo team for more assistance. Please refer to Shipping and Payments for refund policy.

  • Can I exchange my purchase?

You may exchange your purchase for no more than 48 days upon receiving if:

  1. The seal is tampered upon receiving
  2. Products are not opened or used and in its original packaging
  3. We have sent you the wrong product from the invoice
  4. Products have less than 3 month’s shelf life from order date. Any product expiring within 3 months will be stated on respective product information page.
  5. Damaged due to shipping

We are unable to exchange the products if the purchases are packed and ready to ship.

 

You may exchange your products for higher or equal values. Any remaining balance can be paid through Cash on Delivery or PayPal.

 

You may not exchange your purchase if

  1. Purchasing of the wrong product
  2. Allergies to the product
  3. Do not like the flavour or packaging
  4. Purchases are packed and ready to ship
